It is the Highlights from the 2013 National Association of Realtors (NAR) 2013 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers. In July 2013, NAR mailed out a survey containing 122 questions to over 14,000 recent home buyers. These people bought a house between July 2012 and June 2013.
